Aïe! Et j'ai mon appartment !

Last night, I said aïe instead of ow… I’m totally becoming French! ;)

Today wasn’t too exciting; I never left Villejean. I slept in, ate sandwiches for lunch in the apartment with PA and his friend Antoni, did laundry, bought food for dinner, and then napped some more. I just got a phone call from my agency that the paperwork is done, and I can get my keys tomorrow! FINALLY!

Other than that, I am mostly just glad to have English news channels, especially CNN! I’ve been catching up on the Chilean miner’s rescue, toxic mud in Hungary, North Korea’s new leader emerging this weekend, and the Chinese Nobel Peace Prize winner. Not that I didn’t hear about these things on the French news—it was just hard for me to get all the details.

Well, I just wanted to share my good apartment news! I’ll be spending time setting that up this week now xD
